To cut or not to cut!?

I had a bunch of strips that I decided to sew together and now I am not sure I like it.  I am thinking about cutting it up kinda bargello like.  Or the other thought is doing some thread painting on it before I sandwich it.  What do you think?  I need some input....please.

    Bargello is always a possibility but as for me I would do either some thread painting or applique/embellishments. The strips just beg for some additional artistry. Absolutely love those colors!!! Doreen

    You could embellish as the previous poster suggested and your idea of bargello is also interesting. I did this same thing with a bunch of my leftover strips and cut them into blocks for a quillow. (Some I recut across the strips and made into patchwork blocks and some I left strippy.) They made a nice scrappy look without too many little pieces to deal with.

    I think embellishing. Not a fan of bargello and you can be SO much more creative with embellishments.
